Description:

The villa is located next to Prague, and the customer have many restrictions. He needed 4 bedrooms + 1 guest master room. He should have to use the villa for living 365 days/year and need specific facilities that we have projected him. In the ground floor is located the day zone (living area, kitchen, laundry) and the guest master room. In the first floor we can see the night zone (3 bed rooms and 1 master bed room plus a living studio). We have designed 2 big terrace, one in the south area and one in the north area and a pool in the green garden.
